* License to conduct children and adult mandarin classes with Nanjing University (NJU) curriculum
* Preparation course for HSK testing for individuals 18 years and Below
* Student recruitment to China (short and long term) to partner universities
* China study tour
* No Royalty fees

Condition for licensing option:

* Should purchase PSP license firs
* Renewable annual license
* Pay Rp. 20 million upfront commitment fee per year which include 100 Wen Hua or PSP certified & course materials in hard copy (freight costs borne by licensee)
* Use of Wen Hua logo in marketing collaterals expect as main outdoor signage
* For additional certificates and course materials, purchase for Rp.200.000 per set
* Teachers should be approved by or sent by Wen Hua HQ (licensee pays lecturer fees, airfare, local transportation, and accommodation)
* Licensee not allowed to do other Wen Hua business activities besides aforementioned above
* Licensee not to run any other Chinese or Mandarin programs, from other universities

* Corporate in-house training to schools, private companies, Non-Provit Organizations, and government institutions
* Mandarin Diploma Program e.g.: 1 + 3 (One Yr in Indonesia , 3 Yrs in China ), taught by a Chinese Language Professor
* School Integration Program – Wen Hua programs adopted in existing schools
* Authorized boor distributorship for Wen Hua and partners’ published materials from China and Singapore
* Chinese or Mandarin programs or recruit student for other China universities other than partners of Wen Hua
